Tips for better Chinese typing

  • Watch the blue “拼音:” line while you type each syllable.
  • Use **.** for **。** and **,** for **，** when punctuation appears in the passage.
  • Tone numbers (1–5) are optional; **kuai** and **kuai4** both work for many characters.
  • Click keys on the on-screen keyboard if you prefer mouse input.
