Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 2026. This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on TypingBit.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They help websites remember your session, preferences, and — with your consent — support advertising or analytics.

Essential cookies (always on)

We use session and security cookies so you can log in, submit forms safely (CSRF protection), and use core typing features. These cannot be turned off in our cookie banner because the site would not function correctly.

Advertising cookies (optional)

TypingBit includes the Google AdSense script on pages so ads can display when the publisher account is approved. Google and its partners may set cookies to deliver and measure ads, including personalized advertising where permitted.

You can control personalized ads in Google Ads Settings. Choosing "Essential only" on our banner records your preference for non-essential site cookies; ad delivery and personalization remain subject to Google’s controls and applicable law.

Managing cookies

You can withdraw consent by clearing site data in your browser or deleting cookies for typingbit.com. You can also manage Google ad personalization at https://www.google.com/settings/ads.

Updates

We will update this policy when our cookie practices change. See also our Privacy Policy and Advertising Policy.
