Every wrong keystroke is repetition. Your nervous system does not label mistakes as bad data — it encodes them. Slowing down until accuracy stabilises prevents garbage muscle memory.

A two-week accuracy sprint

Week one: only easy and medium passages, stop if accuracy dips below 94%. Week two: add one hard passage every two days while keeping the same accuracy rule.
